Those are 45 rpm inserts/adapters.
Oh I know what they are. One of those is the registered trademark for pcdj software the other is being used as the logo for a local DJ company.
Does anyone really own the rights to the shape of a standard (common) piece of equipment? It's like saying you own the rights to the shape of a nail.
I can't understand using that as a DJ company logo. Us old f*rts know what it is and have actually used them.
But today's clientele? I'd be willing to bet that the vast majority won't recognize it and therefore make no connection to its use by a DJ company.
Instead you'll probably get a WTF look...
I've seen a number of logos based on the 45 adapter. It's also a cool looking image .. look at any skateboard or snowboard logo and they are similar design wise.
I have been looking at an alternative to a business card and a handout shaped like this or maybe a pick would be cool.

I have two crates of them, that came out of the jukebox at the bar here -- circa 30 and 40s. I have one somewhere autographed by the Andrews gals -- they were not allowed in the joint -- no women were allowed. Their driver came in and got their drinks, and then bring them out to the car.
Remember the Apalachin Meeting. Not all of them went up Route 17. Quite a few stopped here for coffee and a couple shots. My great Grandad and Grandfather did quite a bit of work for those folks.
Grandma told me there's one still left buried -- but we don't dig in the backyard -- you never know what you will find...
