Does fog juice age ?

I'm currently preping my rarely used fog machines for Halloween weekend and I just realized I've been using the same fluid for several years. My juice of choice is Atmospheres generating fluid. Does anyone know if this stuff will break down with age ?

I've never noticed any issues -- I bought a couple gallons around 2000, and used them for about 7 years or so. Worked fine, and continually set off the smoke detectors.

BTW, neat trick I found: When you want to find a leak in your septic system, attach a vacuum hose to your fog machine, and stick it in the toilet, and flush it. I put a little of that red #something food coloring in it -- you'll find the leak in a heartbeat.

Our city is doing that as we speak. They sent us a letter to warn us that we may see smoke emanating from out roof vents and not to worry.
