You only need two.
1. A wealthier, more extravagant client.
2. Possessing the same traits or ability to align with such a client.
A high end DJ is still only getting the same piece of pie (client budget) as an average DJ. Yes, it's more money, but how much of it is profit? Most likely the same in percentages as anyone else.
If a client is paying 3K for the DJ, they are most likely spending crazy money on the rest of the wedding. Nobody is going to get 3K of an average blue collar wedding budget. So, other than bragging rights, there's nothing amazing about it.
