Are you comparing the role of a DJ at a reception to a side dish? The DJ is to the reception what food is to dinner. That point isn't even arguable. I guess you could argue that I said all aspects of a wedding and include the dress, invitations, flowers, etc but I think given the conversation the context was in relation to the reception. Also I don't what WED is, maybe I missed a post.
 
Bob, no need to be envious. Steve will sell you one too for $2.995 + tax - comes to about 3K pennies.

Would any of you attend the rehearsal dinner and could you contribute anything as a DJ to make the rehearsal dinner more festive or improve it?

Being honest with yourself how many pre planning sessions will you do with a client? Do any of you insist on a certain number of planning sessions?

this thread has pretty much run its course. The Op has gotten what he was after and as usual not given what he claimed he would by a certain date. I have closed this train wreck.
