Very nice Kirby, Coreen and yourself are evolving at a pretty good pace. Next thing you know you'll be dancing with the guests ;)

Thanks Jacob, we keep striving to better ourselves and hope that it pays off. I only dance with the guests if Coreen's not looking... ;)

Part 2 is up. DJ Paul gave me some ideas for a better soundtrack and we'll utilize his suggestion(s) on part 3 (down the road..)

Thanks Art, much appreciated. Our first "baby-steps" in promoting Event Uplighting via a slide-show/video and it's definitely a learning process. :)

I thought part one was good... then I saw part two. DAMN, Kirby, you're getting amazing! I love the shot of the blue lights at 1:21... KUDOS!

Kirby, it looks really great. Good job. I believe the spot Tyrone pointed out was your strongest part. Why not open out with that? The first few scenes were a bit under-whelming when you compare them with some of the later shots. Also, got any with in-progress receptions?

Rick Ryan its sort of like a comedy act. You dont want to lead with your best joke. All the views are very nice and yes the Blue as Tyrone pointed out was the deal maker. Great job Kirby. Im proud to say you out of many take your time and make it excellent versus 20 attempts to get to WOW.

Thanks! Remember, it was you who kicked my butt into getting into DMX lighting to begin with...so thanks for the "primer" to get us started. You, Kevin, Randy & Keith have all "inspired" us to keep striving for that next level.

Actually, Monograms are next... ;) I wanted to buy a really sweet Lincoln Town Car that a neighbor had to turn it into a small limo/shuttle vehicle but the Boss wasn't too excited about that idea.

I understand what you're saying with the difference in the "wow" factor but I didn't want to start off with the best as then it would have been all down hill. (IMHO) Plus, we never know which photo will catch someone's eyes. What I think is a great pic, someone else may think it's just so-so. No, we don't really have any in-progress pictures at the receptions. Something to strive for in upcoming slide shows.

Thanks.. Hey, the only true comedian is our brother, Ruben.. ;)

We have already received a call from one of our Brides that booked several months ago and while she saw some photos at our house of the uplighting she wan't too keen on adding it at that time. After the videos went up? That's when she called.. Coincidence?

Make that 2 already signed Brides have now contacted us about uplighting.... :)

Jon, I'd have to strongly disagree. Any demo vid will do the bulk of its selling in the first 5-10 seconds. Those first few images are a powerful lead-off and if you make them wait 1:00 to get to the good stuff I'd guess you'll have 50%-75% that will never stick around that long. Kirb, the material is really good. Great job.

Kirb, not sure how many you have on the books currently but I'd urge you to send out an email to offer this as an upgrade. You'll pick up several pretty easily would be my guess. Good luck with it.

Kirby...elegance turns a room into one spetacular setting. Again, excellence becomes you.

Where did you have the Blisslight located? Was there only one? Was it a BL15 or BL50? And, how was the Blisslight mounted? I've been playing with mine and trying to get the best projection and still have not perfected it to my liking. About what distance was the height of the ceiling in that photo? Was that a "photo op" shot or during the event?

Keep up the outstanding work. I'm learning, too, and am amazed at how "we" are able to transform a room from austere to a beautiful display of color. :)

as a radio commercial writer, I will agree with Rick as well.
common practice is to grab their attention from the get-go...
cause if it takes more than a minute to get to the good stuff,
they'll never stick around that long.

I was gonna comment on that earlier, but I will now since it has come up
Kirby, I would trade in TWO long average videos
for one short one that kills from start to finish.
especially if this is going on the website.

Im not seeing dull from the first shot to the next. I see all of the views as excellent but a couple which are above and beyond. Its apparent that its passed two brides test cant argue numbers.

Here are a couple you left out Kirby.
