I have no idea what that user review is all about (from last August). I had it loaded on my Android, and have had it working seamlessly with ShowXpress.

PIXELS Tutorial

Here are the key NEW features with the PIXELs portion of the software that has been added.

• Pixels is a new module of ShowXpress designed for pixel mapping effects
• Creates a fantastic, eye-catching display of complex and animated graphics
• Includes a generic fixture generator which works with all pixel-ready fixtures
• Automatically addresses each pixel of each fixture to create an elaborate LED matrix with ease
• Manages multiple types of fixtures including RGB, RGBA, RGBW & RGBWA
• Use the built-in library of effect macros or modify them to create endless programming possibilities
• Generate scrolling text with custom colors in seconds using the built-in text editor
• Layer multiple effects on the same matrix to create any desired look and effect
• Move and stretch previously-created effects onto different matrices instantly
• Save, store, recall and edit multiple animations quickly and effortlessly

Pixels is very interesting. Could it be used with a video projector to map graphic effects and video too? Interestingly, about two weeks ago, I just sent in inquiry to a company who creates "Modul 8" which can only be used on a Mac at this time.

Is it part of the free download, and is the ShowXpress dongle required to use this?
