What configuration of Speakers do you use. Please note Tops can be used Full Range with subs or Two way (Mids/Highs) with subs and (Active Internal or external) Crossover.

I actually use more than that - but I can't choose multiples. That's my most popular set currently.
I also chose one, my main system but I too use other configurations depending on the room, acoustics and amount of people. There is one place (A restaurant) where just the two Bose in Full Range will suffice.
Most gigs 1 sub and tops
Bigger gigs I run 2 folded horns and bigger tops
School dances/proms/big events 4 folded horns and the big tops get bi amped (so true three way).
Amp rack stays the same for small gigs two amps are used for larger gigs all three amps get used
Big tops are 15" coaxial 12" mids and 1 supertweeter.
Crosover/ limiter is done by a DCX2496
EQ is done by a DEQ2496

So is that Full Range with subs or dedicated signal (From Crossover) Mid/Highs to tops and Bass to subs? Two different animals you know! :triwink:
I prefer to simply plug into a system these days, but if I use my old gear, it's the Peaveys, with either one or two amps depending (they're bi-ampable or full range).
They don't go on stands, because they are too loud, and they don't need a sub. I just angle them slightly up, so I don't break any eardrums.
Amp is an old '80's Onkyo, rated at 150 per, but probably more realistically like 500 per based on today's inflated values. If need be, I use a Samson ref amp for the high end (60 watts per side). I can handle a few hundred folks outdoors with that setup, without breaking a sweat.

I had to pull the carpet off them, because my cat and ferret chewed it up pretty bad. Then I painted them blue, because the spray cans of paint had black tops.
Inside, they're all original Black Widow material

I have the 115 PS's too!! Love them! They've got a bit of weight to 'em too. I also have a pair of SP2's. Amps are Crown XTI-2000 and / or Peavey GPS-3500.
I do know...
in the simple system tops get everything above 120hz and sub get everything below 120htz
bigger sysrem tops get everything above 90htz subs get crossed over at 100htz (overlap is intentional)
three way Subs gets everything belowt 90hz mids/mid bass gets 90 to 5k and tweeters gets 5k up.
