As Ricky mentioned Great White and dealing if the insurance company will pay or not here's another quote that made people feel better unfortunately history tells us the end result Not even God can sink this ship
I recently talked with a venue owner that offers this as an upsell, I asked him if he's certain if his insurance would cover him if someone got burned, someone's hair or clothes caught fire, Etc. He said that he never really thought about it & plans to check it out.
He thanked me because he didn't really consider the risk & how easily an evening of joy & celebration, can turn into a moment of horror in the flash of a brief moment.
I just cringe thinking about all the DJs & venues out there that are not considering the consequences of something so fun & seamingly simple. ..........But then again, I doubt everyone at that Great White concert did either.

If you're connected in any minor way to something the sharks will find a way to extort money out of you. I notice that you are in Phoenix. Even though the AZ legislature approved the sale of minor fireworks, this has been an extremely dry year. Three major fires are being fought as we speak. One of them over a half million acres. I know that most municipalities have banned the use of these fireworks. Some counties have done the same, including Gila County, where I'm located. You might want to check and find out whether the city of Phoenix or Maricopa County have placed a ban on these fireworks. If they have, then it's illegal in your locality.
