Yea, at the Rock station I worked at years ago, the overnight guy was a sucker for any female caller with a breathy voice. Had to tell him the rule: The hotter they sound on the phone, the fatter they are.

401k yes along with 3 weeks paid vacation...but when your job is programming and playing music, and talking on the air "vacation" is subjective as I do not have a job, but rather am getting paid to do something I love to do...oh and I don't fly much :)
