I just got a call from the local Knot Sales person...

$130.00 a month....

What have been your experiences with them.... try to give me thoughts without slamming..... and if you have not used the Knot, I do not care what you think and you have no right responding to my post, so go play in the arcade....

I only want to here from people who have had experience with them...

Mahalo for your time, energy and consideration ......

I wouldn't. And I haven't used them.... neener, neener, neener... but I know at least 3 people who have. AFAIK, none of them advertised more than 1 year.

But at least it is cheaper than David's Bridal, which wanted $240 a month.... yeah, right.... for a small electronic web ad....

Chucky,

I've had experiences with them, albeit from a round about way.

You are a destination vendor -- I could see it working for you, as you should get a lot more exposure on the national level... :)

I'd also ask them if they can help hook you up with some travel agencies, since they advert there as well... ;)

Well, I don't subscribe to The Knot but I still get to display the below logo. I am told that I won some sort of poll they did with their brides. I've had three Select 55's so I'll stop short of making an asshole statement.

I will say I did subscribe for a year once and canceled after six months.

we now have it in Australia and no I wouldnt join up as a paid account

too much negativity when it comes down to the main thing

If they'd offer a month-to-month contract, yea, I might try it. They called me also but required a 6-month contract. Without any guarantee of results, no thank you. This line they use of "it'll pay for itself" is garbage, IMHO. These are one-offs we're landing (mostly) so an add better MAKE A PROFIT in my book.

The vast majority of "Brides" I have seen on the Knot are already married or are DJs posing as brides!

I wouldn't waste my money!
