yesterday the computer and the program worked fine.today everytime i open freestyler and select lights and try to open magic 3D i get a error pop up "freestyler has encountered a problem and needs to close blah blah blah." i have tried to uninstall and reinstall and get same error.tried the program on the desktop and got the same error.i need some help on this one guys,thanks.

Did you try to open up the 3D viewer first before selecting any lights?
I had the same issue a few times. If you're uninstalling, make sure you go into the program files and delete the folder. Even though you uninstall, it leaves junk behind.

There is one file, that for some reason, likes to mess with FS at times when first getting it started. And, the 3D viewer usually sets it off. I don't use the 3D viewer anymore simply because it's easier to set my lights up and make sure they work in live mode.
