Which Requires More Skill?

In your opinion, which do you think requires more skill to better perform, onboard and external, using a Crossfader to Mix or keeping the Crossfader in the middle and using the Channel Sliders. Vote in Poll.

I consider both the same it takes a couple of seconds to readjust but that's it.

almost the same , I actually use both, as I cross fade, i also use the outgoing channel fader to bring the level down then th incoming to bump it up as needed
