Alrighty, for those of you intimate with the process.... NAMM translates to many very long and exhausting days, so this is meant to be a very basic mental download of a few highlights. It is far from inclusive, and may not even be coherent. LOL.

Here's a few hits from today:

A compact backlit USB keyboard (shipping now) with selectable colors.

A karaoke LCD stand with replaceable, metal mic holders and tripod base (shipping now)

A LCD mount (for wall, truss, etc) with a built in level - VERY handy (shipping now)

A portable stretch screen kit complete with stands, screen and carrying bag (shipping in one week)

A custom designed case for the Numark NS7 (shipping now)

The BRAND NEW RE2-PRO wireless from EV. It's rechargeable!

And... our very own Mike Doucot with the smokin' hot new ZXa1 speaker from EV!

and.... more to come!

I'd have to check with Kat to see when we are at those booths. I think Denon tomorrow maybe, Pioneer and Numark on Saturday? All the meetings are scheduled in pretty tight, we just do what Kat tells us to. LOL.

Hey Ben. Let Mike from EV know the new website looks great. It's 1000 % easier to use now. And it looks pretty too. :rofl:

It looks like the best part of that speaker is 1: Active speaker with 800 watts power and 2 a rediculously light weight speaker 19 lbs!!!

Can the new Odyssey Keyboards be used with the Denon HD2500, or are they just for Serato and Traktor?

I don't see any reason why you couldn't mount that to any slant top rack... it looks like it simply attaches to the rack rails and considering that rack is a standard 19" system... I'd just get the SKB thanks for the find I will be getting one of those for my setup.
 
That SKB Laptop shelf is nice! Id just have to get a bigger case. I have the SKB DJ Shuttle. Only 8 sp on top. Id have to get the DJ Station for more room.

Use slightly longer screws and just mount it above another piece of equipment doubling it up on the same mount holes... that's what I'll do since I too have the Shuttle.

The problem I see with it is the MightyRig Gig or whatever it is called has a "square" cover, so there is extra room where that stand can sit and you not have to remove it from the rack.

On the gator case I have the cover is angled with the case. So there is only say 2 inches above the rails.

I emailed SKB to find out how high it sits off the rails and they just emailed me back saying it is made to fit their SKB Mighty Gigrig and wouldn't give me specs

@atomicfission92: I see what you're saying and I really didn't consider putting the cover back on a Gator case... barring finding one designed for the Gator case I'd give it a shot you it'd be worth a shot unpacking it take measurments and if it will work install it... if not put it back in the box and return it.

I'd be interested in if it works or not because I've had my eye on the Gator case as well for a replacement of my dual case setup.

I'm gonna try finding someone local to test that out, if not I can order it online. I'm not sure if NLFX carries the SKB line though, or if they could test it out if they do have it.

I found this review on Amazon.com
"I installed a Presonus Studio Live Mixer in the SKB Mighty Gig Rig along with the AV Shelf. Installation was easy and it fits allright. I only whish the AV shelf would sit about a quart inch lower allowing the Gig Rig Cover to close without putting pressure"

So going off this other persons experience, I am going to say that it won't fit the Gator Case easily or at all. I guess you could cut a slot in the gator case top to accommodate the shelf while still protecting everything else. It may be worth the modification.
