8) you drive by the mall and tell your son that you remember when it was nothing but farm land(and you walked to school bare-footed. one way, etc..)

6) you have to arrive at the softball game an hour early just to prepare(put on the ankle braces, knee brace, stretching, popping a few Aleve,etc..)
5) you are in a hurry so you "down" an Ensure and some Tapiocca pudding
