I'm in the market for a lighting truss. What is the deal with these inexpensive lighting trusses, like the "Eliminator Lighting Truss" from audiolines.com for $80.00? I'll only be hanging a maximum of 3-4 lights. Are these inexpensive trusses worth the money, what would you guys recommend? Thanks:sqbiggrin:

I have a similar truss to the one shown and it would be more than enough to do what you plan on doing with it.

IMO a truss is alot of work for 3 or 4 lights you might be better off looking in to Tbars. Again our friend Ben at NLFX would be able to help you out

Those trusses are fine. I have had one like that for over 10 years and it does it exactly what its supposed to do. To bad at that time it cost 4 times what they run for now!

Every one is saying just get a tbar, man buy the full truss, its only $80. you can always leave the middle truss home and now you have 2 T-bars.

The i-beam truss between the light stands would make an excellent place to hang your backdrop if you have one.
