The "S" is decipherable on the black background - falls off into oblivion on the white - you would have to darken the "S" to use a lighter background so it draws up to the front.
Neat effect, but sometimes you have to keep it simple. In all honesty it took me a while to read what it said. How many potential clients will glance over it, think "pretty" and move on with your company name not firmly embedded in their head.
I figure, when and if they get my buisness card it is from me handing it to them as I like to great and get a sence of my clients, thus i will say the name so they know who I am with. Also the website on the card has the S clear, so if they are intrested most likely they will look online, not that thats done yet either but I dont realy have much clientell yet as im finishing school still, so this is all a big work in progress
Thank you all for your replys and comments, realy helped me get the new card designed and exactly how i wanted it.
The reson you see my logo in white is because i have it n my website which is mostly black, however the image is actually transparent so it looks VERY nice on black
What's causing the problem is the cool blue ray line circling around the S...maybe have it go in a different direction? I can read everything else ok that the ray is next to....it's just the S that is causing problems. Try losing it all together and post that example....
Another idea...try making the "S" the same color as "ound Rayz" and I bet it would be more readable then....
