Can we start a head count of who's going to the AC Expo this year?

Aug 10-13th at the Taj.


We'll be arriving Sunday & leaving immediately after the final drawing @ 3p on Thursday.

I would love to make AC some year but it's always right in the middle of my family vacation. And family comes first. This show appears to be much different than the others, correct me if I'm wrong. The other shows are mostly wedding DJ oriented while AC is geared toward the club DJ. That would be a refreshing change of a learning experience.

Make sure you bring back some good info and have fun.
 
I will be there with some of our team Monday - Wednesday Night

I will be participating on a panel along with some other friends put together by Stacy Zemon (I think on Tuesday).

I would like to meet everyone planning on attending the expo.

I met Stacy a few years ago. Very interesting to listen to and a wealth of information. What is her topic? Is she holding any other roll out seminars at AC?

Just got an e-mail from the DJ Expo folks.

Our buddy Freedom Williams will be making an appearance!!!

Actually, Freedom Williams' name was at the end of a very long list of performers. Pitbull, Deborah Cox, Kristinia Debarge, Kim Sozzi, Paradiso Girls, and a number of others will be there too.

Ron, Brooke Hogan is one of the hosts. There's some eye candy for you.

Back to the topic - I'll be arriving on Sunday and staying until Thursday.

BTW I just bought the Epson EX90. Thanks for the advise.
 
I will be there as a vendor for DJ Event Planner. My wife and I, and my travel partner from Fargo will all be arriving on Monday night. This will be my second trip to AC and I'm looking forward to being well rested enough to attend the Tuesday night promo only party this year. Last year, travelling and working the DJEP booth all day left me too exhausted to do anything at night. We are flying out on Friday afternoon.

Was hoping to get to the Foundation Room after Tuesday's party at the House of Blues, but it turns out they're closed on Mon, Tues....:(

Oh well - will be there Weds. night then....

Looks like the Seminar listing is shaping up nicely.

One thing that did sound disappointing was that the one seminar speaker who was at the ADJA show who'll be in AC, was the one who was an infomercial.... Bummer. But I'll give it a listen, I guess.

I'll be there along with the New Jersey Disc Jockey Network in force like we were last year. Anyone who missed our meeting last year is sorry they did. This year is also going to be awesome as we will have mini-seminars conducted by Ray Martinez (Ray Mar) of NAME, Dr. Drax from the ADJA, and Randi Rae from our own NJDJN. Should be a helluva great meeting. Only the NJDJN could bring NAME and ADJA together at one time. We'll also have prizes just for attending.

I'll have the honor for the second year in a row to preside over the game and dance seminar. Last year was a blast and we already have a killer lineup of presenters with new, cool games and dances that will have an immediate impact on your performance. I've got a few myself I'm sure will be a big hit.

Stacy's panel has an all-star line-up. Anyone who misses it is nuts. You know I'll be there for you Jason! For those of you who do not have the pleasure of knowing Jason, he is a diamond in the rough. He really knows his stuff and is a great guy to boot.
