Oh my goodness where do I start.
I have a great knack of understanding my clients. I understand when we need to get down to business, and when it's time to sit back and learn about each other.
I would say.....70% + of my clients love the fact how I help them envision their event, (when I say that, I let them talk, only giving suggestions here and there) and they definitely like how honest I really am. In the same token, they appreciate me being a real person, and not a typical "salesman."
There are so many little things I do to help clients choose my services. In fact, sometimes I find myself being too honest, and sqaundering away potential easy money, because my clients are uneducated on what to really expect from a dj.
Somehow....and if you ever meet me, whether on the phone or in person, you can truly see my character, and you can see I am not out to "get you."
I would also accredit my positive attitude and the approach I take to my clients.
I guess when I try to pin down what makes my clients book me...I can't really say what is the biggest factor.
Everyone...and I mean everyone who has responded knows that it is just more than this..or just more than that.
Referrals after an event you promised is equally as important. There are just so many factors in to what makes a complete successful event.
From initial consultation, to performing the event, to giving a follow up call, everything in between those actions all justify equally important keys to creating that ultimate event.
