I really like(d) Creed (and Alter Bridge as well) and am looking forward to this. Looks like it will be a road trip to Pittsburgh time for Patrick!!
It's just when Top 40 radio beats the same songs to death...it makes me somewhat dislike the band.

I agree with that, but the stuff not ever played on radio was their best stuff (which is always the case). My Own Prison is one of the best rock songs from the 90's, and Stapp and Tremoti know how to write good music together.
Creed is a band people love to hate because they became successful (Nickleback is another example of this) and are accused of "selling out". Yet most of the people who bitch about this are garage musicians who do not have enough talent to have people come out to their own shows, so they become jealous of anyone more successful than they are.

In My opinion, Creed was terrible. To me it sounded like the singer was constipated while singing.

Stapp is full of himself, And just realized that his solo career isn't taking off anytime soon.
He thought HE was what made Creed a good band....Which we all know wasn't true.

It was funny, back a few years ago....my gf loved Scott Stapp, and I said, lets see how he does solo.....I likened it to David Lee Roth, back in 1985....lead singer thinks he is bigger than the band that became very successful.
We all see how that worked out for DLR.....lol.
Yeah, he probably has bills to pay, and called his old buddies back.....
I would rather see Alter Bridge.
Even though, Creed really wasnt bad...Stapp has a good rock and roll voice.
I still think DLR's solo stuff was 100% better than Stapp's.
But, I'm a biased, old skool Van HALEN guy....No Van Hagar for this dood!lol
