They are amazing people, and very good business people...and you guessed it...all use SOC to increase referrals.

I have a free, no obligation account for you....right now. No strings attached.

Talk with you soon about making your business more profitable!

Dave

That has to be one of the most annoying/frustrating websites I've visited.
Pricing? Packages?

EDIT...ah found it. Why those names? Retail Membership makes me think I'm selling to the public, Wholesale Membership makes me think I'm selling to others to resell, and Distributor makes me think I'd be another Dave.

Looking at the list quick I would have thought: The people who most want to take me out to dinner? Or the people who most likely would like to run me over (except for Chuckie baby)?:sqlaugh:

I've owned it for almost two years now. The website is not the most user friendly site. The cards have their place and is a good tool but they don't take the place of a personal hand written card.

Ron,

Because I wanted to know how many cards you've sent.

Simple. Direct. Friendly intent.

Dave
Do you ask McDonald's how many hamburgers they've sold?:sqerr:

Sorry, I had to. It's a post from some other jack@ss on another board. This jack@ss just had to repeat it.

I've sent out 260 cards. I own the entrepreneur's package.

No I didn't. I've looked at others and to me it looks like a computer copy of someones hand writing. No argument here, it just didn't do much for me.

I was in a BNI group who were using SOC for mailings. The response wasn't that great for them so they stopped using it. Again, I'm not here to argue, just stating the facts as I know them.

Personally I receive enough Junk mail both by e-mail and USPS each month to last me a life time, I am certainly not going to send out a bunch of unsolicited junk mail to previous, former, present or future clients.

Personally, I don't want to get a birthday or Christmas card from the guy who mows my lawn, I don't want or expect one from my Barber, I could not care one little bit to receive one from the salesman I bought my last car from.

Why would you want to annoy the people you have worked for by filling their mail box with more junk mail for them to have to dig through?

They might think it's a nice gesture if you send them one on thier first anniversary, or as a thank you for a referal.

Howdy,

Let me put something that Ron wrote into context: The SOC system is not designed for mass mailings. You can mail to everyone on your list with a single key stroke, but it still needs to be personalized. I KNOW this system works unbelievably well with established relationships, amazingly well.

Dave

ps. Thunder is right in his thoughts about mass mailings....but this is not unsolicited, it is sent to people you have a relationship with.

I agree 100% percent. I wouldn't send crap to people I don't even know....When my clients get back from their honeymoon and find a box of brownies on their doorstep, they are really appreciative.
