Sometimes I wonder why I hang on all these DJ sites, and yes this will be a "spam" post so for those of you who visit more than one site, you only have to open this once.

Anyway, sometimes after reading all the info that is posted and seeing all the wonderful ideas that are out there and seeing how imaginative people are, I think to myself.... "hey, what are you here for?"....

When I think that, the answer differs for each day, so today for instance, I think I am here to remind everyone that there is more to life than DJing, that you have to relax, have fun, cut loose and not let this job we do overwhelm you like it so easily can.

That you have to have "me" time. Me time can be whatever it is that you enjoy. Being with your family, being with your buds, or being by yourself, doesn't matter. Take time for you.

So today, I took some "me" time, which for me, is NOT that hard to do because I am lazy and my wife likes it when I'm outa the house.

I went to the golf course today with my DJ Bud Alan, who I can not beat BTW, but we have a great time playing with each other,,,, ummm, wait, well you know what I mean.

So here is some pictures from our golf outing today.

Alan was in great form, not as great as he can be, but not bad nonetheless.

So I finally got my kama'aina card for the Muni course today. I get 18 for $8.00!!!

Alan, on #18 holed out a 94 yard lob wedge! Whoo Hoo!

I shot a 91 on a course that I have not played in two years. Beautiful day on Maui.

Alan had another great shot out of the sand and it was a lucky thing for me that I had my camera ready. Peep da pics!

You're killing me here Chuckie baby. I'm sitting in snow up to my @$$ with ice all around. My driveway has heaved up 2" from the ground freezing. And you show me pictures of your day with yourself? Thanks.
 
Every time it snows in New York, Chuck posts these damn pictures.

Coincidence? I doubt it. ;)
 
Want to know how I spent my day....I was blowing freakin snow out of my frekin driveway then I loaded through the freakin ice to go to a freakin hall that had freakin ice on the freakin steps to play a freakin teen dance :sqmad:

I didn't take any freakin pics though because all you would see is frekin snow any freakin way :sqmad:

Chuck's "Tropical Nose Rubs" (as Cap has officially named them) don't really bother me as much:

Northern CA temps should reach into the low 60's today with full sunshine.

Good enough to get outside and walk, and possibly do some yard work!

Chuck! Do you have to rub our noses in this? LOL All that beautiful sunshine while we are freezin our azzes! Hey guy, there will be a lot of peeps gunnin fer yer if yer keep up dat chit, hyar! Go back to yer sandbox and be a good lad! LOL
 
and here I was, so psyched about the sun out today melting some of the snow...and now, Chuck, you have to go and post those pics.............
 
Nice pics....the one pic shows him hitting the ball between two trees...is that like a field goal in football only in reverse where you deduct 3 strokes from your score:sqbiggrin:

But to be honest I say we load a freezer truck or 10 full of snow and ship them to Chuck and have them dumped in his drive way....
 
:sqbiggrin:This is a great site because you meet great people like I did with me meeting eldjdelcaribe which now he is like a brother to me and family to me and we usually talk alot. There is also alot of great information here to learn
 
The reason Chuck is here, is simple...

He really doesn't live on Maui -- he's from Milwaukee, and works on a beer can assembly line! I know, because when he called me, it showed up on the caller ID.

He gets these pics from iStockPhoto.Com....


Me, on the other hand -- everyone thinks I live in a barn. Not so -- that's for the IRS's consumption. I actually live on the planet RockitToYou, and I am the only male, in a population of 7 trillion -- tough life, but somebody has to do it... :)



BTW, if ya really want to know the truth -- Chuck's wife makes the big bucks -- he's just a freeloader, like my other Son :D

My mama always said "If you don't have anything good to say then stop calling Chuck an a$shole" by the way my brother's name is Chuck. God how i'd love to see some sunshine and green grass right about now.
