Folks I need your opinions harsh good bad ugly whatever

Great input so far.

Just in case some don't know...

This is Jon's entertainment logo:

He wants to "sister-in" the wedding planning network. So, the idea is to keep the base logo in tact. I will be rendering some variations soon.

Remember: I'm NOT a professional designer. (Proof that a hobbyist can do great things)

I like it alot!

If anything were to change, it may be to make the font at the bottom bold or larger or something but if it stays the same, I still like it.

With Hank's clarification, I now understand what you're going for Jon and I am very impressed with Hank's creation. :)

Very nice work Hank. Your talent is obvious.

For continuity and branding purposes, and strictly based on my preferences, I'd use the original "entertainment" layout, add a round gold ring behind the bow tie & mic graphic and replace "entertainment" with "weddng planning network".

My thought exactly!

Although I might keep the original logo entirely intact, and add wedding planning network, but in a more powerful, easy to read font.

In addition to would work the perspective of the ring from the original graphic.

LOL I was hoping someone would get it. Thanks Hank for the wonderful work and looking forward to the options, however this is an incredible first effort your work as a so called amateur is unbelievable. You Rock!!!

I like the heart rings and think the bowtie does the 360 very well.

I am also assuming that the Wedding Planning idea is different from the entertainment asspects of 360's service!

At least that is what I get from the logo!
 
Nope too busy, I still like the first presentation better.

If I was going to incorporate a rose I would do it in the first presentation with the dark backdrop and a blood red rose. Then place the heart rings over the rose and slightly increase the bowtie and lettering size.
 
I like the first one with possibilities of the thoughts of several of the members so far. Any more?
