My Handheld Wireless Mic feel to the Floor, then tumbled down Stairs.
Currently, the Mic does function to "ON", however, the Mic does not make contact to the Receiver.
(Luckily, it is a 2-Microphone setup)

What would I need to do to repair the Microphone?

Thank you in advance.

Depends on the make/model. Most cheaper units aren't worth repairing. You might get a mic only (either from a retailer or eBay) or if it's a better unit, might find a cosmetically challenged unit on eBay cheap and exchange the guts .. I did that with one mic.

Like the others have said more often than not it's likely cheaper to replace than repair. Even high end stuff might be cheaper to replace in the long run

Thank you Guys for the "Positive/Useful" Replies!
Yes, I have been searching for Gemini 6200 Mic only.

I will just purchase another Unit; considering the GTD-Audio G-733H - that I read in a different Thread on here.

I wouldn't fool with trying to replace the broken one. That GTD will far outperform it.

Hello Rickryan, Bummer that I did not get on ODJT before 1:23pm today, as I purchased the Gemini 6200 Mic today from Adorama Camera Inc. for $50.00.

However, with your, and the other DJs replies, I have also purchased the GTD Audio 733 on eBay for $169.99.

Because of your positive review(s), I will work the GTD's ,and use the Geminis for Backup Mics.

Thanks to each of the Replies to this Thread.
