Home page - 4th pic needs to be changed
doesn't look like anyone is having fun during the bouquet toss

Services page - 1st Pic
Even though I LOVE to drink, the photo can be perceived as very unprofessional.

I have only critiqued the pics as I have had waaaaay too many drinks to comment on the content.

Cheers,
Simply Al

It's difficult to determine what it is you do from a first gllance at any of the pages. Sure, it has something to do with weddings... buit the company name is "Productions, " the description "Wedding Entertainment" and the email is "DJ" - meanwhile there isn't a single picture of a DJ, wedding entertainment (like a band, or photo-booth) or any kind of production work.

The links also don;t indicate any specific service or description of what kind of vendor I am looking at.

Most of what is happening in those pictures has very little to do with you - and doesn't really sell anything. For example, the header shot which appears on every page highlights jewelry or flowers - not the work that you do.

There is no photo of you, what kind of solutions you provide, or how you integrate your presence into the event setting. As opposed to a shot of your "setup" for example, try to get a photographer to catch you actually doing something - this way people will have a sense of what it's like to have you in the room or onsite working the space.

Looks a little too "generic" for me.
Every page has the same color and the same font.
Also, try to change the text so it is not so filled with "we"...and use the word "you" more.
"we do this" is not as inspiring as "you can have this".

Mike,

Last year when I was doing the site, I asked about having different colors and fonts on each page and was told by a ton of people that it needed to stay the same across the board.

Do you disagree with this?

yep!
Then again, I am no pro when it comes to the web...I just know what I like.
Perhaps the other comments about consistency were in regard to the banner at the top.
I was referring to the color and font of the text.
I think you should stick to a theme, so you know you're in the same "church", just in a different "pew."

Photo 1 on the home page (the grooms head in the nether region needs to go....It needs to go somewhere else....

I would change "Services" to "Pricing" or Services/Pricing. It will give your clients a idea where to go to get pricing (seeing as you publish same)

Other than that Patrick; fine website...mine could aspire to be as good as that....

I know this is not PC, but I'd only use pictures of pretty, fit people - just like pro photographers do.
I guess it depends on the market you're going after. Maybe it could be a "niche" thing.

... what do you suggest if it turns out the DJ himself is neither pretty or fit? :)

As for looks, work with what God gave you as best you can. As for fitness, well, get fit. I'm certainly not a shining example of fitness, but I do try to keep myself 'presentable'. I've lost over 20 lbs this summer.

I think I may have found some of them ..
