F.R. David - Words

Got old George Jones on now. Ain't nothin' better than some Jones and ice-cold beer. :)

50,000 Names still chokes me up. The Golden Ring duet with Tammy Wynette is classic. And who could forget Wine Colored Roses?

You inspired me Fred

Her name is.....

to be followed by Choices

Gin Blossoms.

Love these guys, never really got the credit they deserved for making great music.

Alrighty then (sounding righteous and cool :sqcool:)

In the next week, I will have the new Cpt Rick studio/office in place!

The Skipper's 'office' for the last 8 years, has been a small room, less than the size of a prison cell. That was necessary to take care of Grandma.

Now, we have 17 rooms, some small, some big.

Got some high-tech, and low-tech stuff, some here, some awaiting shipment.

I'll have pics soon, in the meantime...

Hotel California- Eagles
Rock & Roll - Lou Reed
et. al...

:)

Got a hodgepodge set lined up for a Sunday night... a 30-track '50s rock comp, Johnny Rivers and Michael Jackson. :D

May put Sonny James on tonight as well. :)

Trying to relax and actually get a couple hours sleep right now, so have the lovely Sarah Brightman's newest disc playing.

Probably the best voice I have ever heard.

I'm in a kinda disco mood at the moment, so I got...

Copacabana
Disco Inferno
Don't Let Me Be Misunderstood
Everlasting Love
Stayin' Alive
Undercover Angel

After a couple more beers (and other), we switch to Jimmy Tiki mode :)

2001 CD "Beautiful Garbage" by Garbage

Haven't listened to this one in quite a long time.

Ahhh... Phil Collins.

Do You Remember

I love this song. It reminds me of why I am no longer married, lol. :)

10,000,000 Fans Can't Be Wrong

Bon Jovi's box set. If you are a Bon Jovi fan, this is a must have. Contains so many b sides and rare songs, you have to wonder how they had time to make all the hits they did, lol.

Andy Taylor - Take It Easy

He was by far the best part of Duran Duran

Phantom of the Opera- 1988 Original Cast Recording

The two best voices every to be on Broadway (Michael Crawford and Sarah Brightman) on stage at one time. "Wishing You Were Somehow Here Again" will send chills up your spine.

Demos for the new Springsteen disc (aahh it's good to have connections, lol)
