Fixed. Damn embed mod gets me every time. It's maintence tools aren't in the same area as the rest. Running some of the standard tools flushes the embed hack's cache causing problems.

Yes, but URL is rewritten on submission before being stored in the DB. I'm using a new (javascript) system that rewrites them on click negating the need to rewrite before submission but the embed hack (which does the rewriting) isn't playing well with removing the original rewrite.
