Currently just doing Karaoke at a small bar. I am running VDJ20 on my laptop, I have a usb dac/amp with a 3.5 mm to dual 1/4" coming out of it, and into my yamaha sound board ( channels 3 & 4 ).
Unfortunately, I am only getting audio out of one side of the 3.5 to 1/4" dual. I've tried replacing both the DAC am, and the 3.5mm to 1/4" cable. Still only getting audio out of one side.
I've never had this issue before, and its driving me batty. Suggestions?

Which Yammy mixer do you have?

Go from front to back. First thing I would do is try a different software to test that it could be a setting in VDJ. Do a test with Winamp or WMP see if that solves it. If it stays the same then try the source. The laptop may have issues. I would first re-install the drivers if that doesn't work switch sources use a different laptop or a phone. If that doesn't work you're back to the mixer

Have you tried different channels on the mixer? Have you tried a different mixer? I've never had trouble with any of my Yammys but things do wrong

Check the audio settings in VDJ. Look at the output tab and the hardware tab. You may have it set to separate decks for instance. In this case each deck comes out of separate channel. Or maybe you have it set to split the cue and main outputs.
