For those who use System Arcitect, do you use it in Conjunction with a DRPA/Electronic Crossover or do you use only the DRPA on the amps themselves?

It seems like there will be redundancy when there are stand alone DRPAs plus DRPAs in Amplifiers. In other words, if you are doing a 2 way configuration, Mains/Higs & Mids plus Sub using two Crown amps.... how do you utilize System Architect?

The DSP in I-Tech HD amps is probably superior to my stand alone processing. Therefore I use the on board DSP for crossover/eq.

What configuration are you using..2 way, 2 way? How many DSP amps are you using 2 or 3?

Running 2 way with one Itech HD 5000. Each channel running @ 4ohms with Channel 1 providing the power to 2 SR4722X tops, and Channel 2 providing power to 2 SRX 4718 subs.

Here is a screenshot of my set up on system architect, although the amp is not actually connected...

I am not a big fan of Monophonic sound at all. I like an amp to run left and right stereo sound from its designated frequency. Mono in an emergency, maybe, but not deliberately or by choice. There is a reason most music is mastered in Stereo.
