What special effects equipment Stand alone) if any do you utilize in your system. Do you use integrated effects for example from a mixer.
Special effects such as:
Reverb
Echo
Phaser
Scratch

Effects... echo, flanging etc are integral to the mixer but we use them very sparingly. Effects can muddy up your sound if they're fed through a compressor/limiter.

My software has effects as do my preamp. Rearly use them. When doing karaoke I may use some on singers.

I work the EFX on my Pioneer DJM8hunny most expeditiously but with as much frequency as possibly.

Me r big fan of Delay, Echo, Reverse Delay, Pan, Trans, Filter, Flanger, Chorus, Roll (simple sampler), Reverse Roll (reverse sampler)

I don't use any effects with my DJ gear. If I did karaoke I would definitely use some kind of reverb or delay on the mics. Now when it comes to my guitar rig I have 12 effects pedals, a V-AMP effects processor and effects software.

How do you like the V Amp stuff Young?

The V-amp 2 is nice, has good amp modeling which is my main use of it. I have the V-amp3 on order and it's suppose to hit Canada in May. Apparently they improved on the amp models and some effects and gave it a more intuitive computer interface so i'm anxious to get one. A friend of mine uses a Line 6 POD and it sounds about the same but the Behringer gear is half the price for the same result.

I voted twice I have effects on my mixer and in the software but rarley use either

On the software, but I rarely use them. If I want to add special effects to a track I use Sound Forge and make a new track.

I have a hard enough time trying to get good sound without adding extra buttons and knobs...so I only use my EQ.
not that I CAN'T get good sound
just that it's tough to find a decent hall
where you not stuck in a corner
or trying to push your sound around corners and such

Nothing special...just my mike and natural body effects...:sqlaugh:
