Dont most businesses have the honor of filing bankruptcy in Delaware as thats where are incorporated? Ritz is based in Laurel Maryland but a DE Corporation.

Yeah, everybody and his brother is incorporated here. DE's levy court system is very business-friendly.

Shirl works at Ritz. From what I understand, Ritz takes better care of their customers than your average camera shop or retail outlet. Ritz offers damage protection, a perk that few competitors can match.

Sorry to be negative, but I would think that a DJ being self employed would have a little more understanding for the thousands of workers that would be out of their jobs if Ritz did go under.
