While there are a few Karaoke software programs that now recommend keeping the mp3+G pairs in their own individual unzipped folder (since storage is so cheap), I can't find any ripping software that supports this.
The top four folders, each of which contains a mp3+cdg pair, is what I'm trying to produce from the CD rip. The software can produce the zipped folders, or just the files in no folder (all of which must be kept in the same directory). The latter works, but IMHO it's much easier to do library management with paired files.
Currently, I rip to zipped folders, and then unzip them, an idiotic process. I've tried AudioGrabber, CDGRip, and SelectATrackBurner - none do this. Anyone?
I have poised the same question over at KaraokeScene, but IMHO the regulars there are lucky they can tie their own shoes.
