The MP3's come tagged 'Artist - Song Title', I prefer 'Song Title - Artist'.

And, I added 'PCM(Yr)(Month)' as the Album. That allows me to do a very quickly sort them by month, which puts my newest stuff at the top.

Oh I see.

They are sorta organized like that already. Like the last one I got was HP201006 So I just organize by album and it sorts it for me.

IE: HP201006 > HP201005 etc.

What I mostly do is make smart Playlists in iTunes and it automatically searched the Genres that TM Studios set so I have a TOP 40 playlist, Urban, etc. Easy way to organize by genre.

Itunes....say it ain't so! ;)

I get the MP3 disc. Album title is a field that isn't completed or lists the album the song came off of.

Btw, I just upgraded to the weekly delivery. :)

Jim has been most helpful in my transition from Promo Only. I can't Thank him enough.

Yea iTunes. I use it for processing my music. Listening and organizing it. It's really one of the best programs to do this in. I know MediaMonkey is good too but it doesn't work on Mac's.

And you will love the Weekly delivery. It's really nice looking forward to new music every monday for me. Gives me a couple days to process it before the next CD arrives and keeps me as current as I want to be.

Was about to sign up for PO but sounds like PC is a better deal. One question, as a beginner I'm short on radio edits form a few years back. Whats the best way to get caught up. I know on PO you can order back disk but that is buying alot of music you don't need. Just need like top 40 from two or three years back. I started just buying them off the internet but ended up with nonedited music. thats not going to work. Can't play Boom Boom Pow at the middle school with "S**t" in it.

thats a great idea Sandman if these manus could offer top 20 of past yr discs especially now that they are being released on disc in Mp3 format.

Jim, may be able to chime in about the back issue stuff. Honestly, you're probably better off grabbing it off of Amazon.

As for my choice to go with PrimeCuts over Promo Only: I was a loyal Promo Only customer since about 95 or so. They were always a good match for my business and provided what I needed, when I needed it. But, when I was looking for a MP3 service, Promo Only offers their service in M4A vs MP3 with PrimeCuts. Although, there are softwares that use that format, my software of choice doesn't (RockIt) so I didn't want the hassle of having another step of converting the files into MP3.

I'm going to give PrimeCuts a ride and see how it does for me. So far, so good.

Hey, me too! We're definitely in the minority though...most people do Artist - Title.mp3.

Thanks Randy...we're glad to have you on-board!

We actually are able to service every country in the world. We have products shipping to dozens of countries and service them all directly, except DJs in Canada for our music products (there is a company in Canada who handles all the Canadian DJs).

Do you know which company this would be? Ive been in search for a good company in Canada, but no one will take the time to email me back to provide me information.

You can PM me if thats better. Thanks

Tim

Good going Randy. We're about ready to pull the trigger to switch from the Weekly CD to the Weekly MP3 disc.

I've been very pleased with the tunes on my Prime Cuts discs and the icing on the cake is the fantastic customer service provided by that young man, Jim Weisz.

Thanks Randy...we're glad to have you on-board!

Glad that we were able to swing by your booth in Vegas, wish we'd had more time to chat you up...but damn, you guys had a waiting line everytime we walked by. Thanks for all your help Jim.

Glad you stopped by. It's always nice to talk to people face-to-face who I'm used to only dealing with via phone, e-mail or message boards. You aren't kidding about the line...Wednesday was one of the busiest days I've ever had at a convention!

WOW!!

I got my first shipment of discs yesterday of the weekly MP3. I can't believe how much music is on them. From the weekly release to all of the HitDisc's & latin (every other week); it's great!!

I think this last weeks disc had 60 songs on it. Quite a bit of music for the $12 a week price.
