Yer putting all your eggs in one basket. If the basket breaks, you lose everything.
Redundancy, redundancy.
Two lappies, two sound devices, and you mix on the software -- that's what it is designed for. Might just as well go back to vinyl or CDs...
Mixing on the laptop is fine as a backup .. To properly cue in stereo, you need to go out with both decks and mix externally. For me, I just like having the big buttons.

I just hit the Mix Next button with the mouse or keyboard, and all the work is done for me. I haven't cued in years, only when I was on vinyl, and early CD days. I don't even have a set of DJ phones -- don't need them, I know my music.

Sure -- feel free to drive about 1200 miles each way (that's from your town -- it's 1500 from me), to my storage unit in SW FL, which is where it is at. Although, I believe that might be more expensive than buying a new one...
Come to think of it, you might be able to buy a couple new ones, after all the expenses from a 36 hour round trip. It took me close to 36 hours to get down there last time (that was one way) -- traffic can be rough, and you need to take a couple naps on the way.
And then I would charge you a few hundred bucks for it.
It's not economically feasable. So, if you want one, I would search around on eBay and CL.
