I don't pay my DJs to attend a bridal show. I give them the exposure and pay them a nice referral for every wedding that books and requests that individual DJ. I also pick up the tab for after show refreshments.
Weddings Paying Employees at Bridal Shows?

My guys and gals are paid $100 for a bridal show... the idea is the better they sell what we do, the more money we all make by booking gigs. Usually, there are 3-4 of us in a booth for a show. If it's a 2 days show, they are paid more. Part of the deal with us is that we work in male/female teams for shows... so we need to show at least 2 teams.
Usually, do not bring in equipment... it's an exhibit wall... here, I'll attach a pic from a couple weeks back too.
