Wednesday night Feb. 21st

Meet in the hotel lobby on Wednesday night at 7:00 pm Ourdjtalk MBLV Dinner part Deux Ellis Island Casino http://www.ellisislandcasino.com/Banquet.htm followed by a reoccuring awarded Best Karaoke Show. Then we will be going to the Monte Carlo to see the Tribute called Purple Reign.

I think I know the answer to this but can we bring a video camera to tape some of these siminars, I would really like to tape Tyrones for our light guy of AAA Entertainment ? does anyone know the rules on this type of thing Thanks

You'll have to ask Tyrone about his.

Here's the deal: I'm doing this as a favor to NorthernLightFX. I am considering putting this seminar on the road (if all goes well) and there is enough interest.

You may video tape me, but not the full presentation... in other words, you are welcome to tape as long as the "Power Point Presentation" is not part of your "shot" for more than a few seconds. I have the PPT copyrighted for my future purposes. You are welcome to take as may notes as you wish.

I plan on putting portions of this presentation in my book (updating and refining), which is currently available on line. I am not pushing my book for this seminar, however. I'm doing this to promote DMX to all our members, with the hope that many will consider getting into DMX.

Are you sure? I thought that last year if you wanted to tape it wasn't allowed but they were making videos of their own that would be available at a later date.

I maybe wrong though. If that's the case I would like to tape the seminars also.

It may depend on the presenter for each individual seminar.

I remember having to make sure I didn't trip over the tripods lining the walls or aisles while finding a seat for a session (I'm clumsy).

I have one photo that shows several video cameras out. Two people I met last year were taping, Richard Wells from New Zealand and Steve Rothkin of New York. The retractable handle to his rolling video camera bag broke when he was trying to extend it after one session.

Arrived Mobilebeat 07

Just arrived Mobilebeat 07.....Drove from Sacramento, yesterday and today (spent the night in Bakersfield). Nice digs hotel is very Busy right now...........Oh Well headed for the bar......shouldn't have any problem finding one.........
