What is the best site to load photos, where I can share photos with clients and they do not have to purchase them?
I currently use snap fish, but they have to buy the pics.

Look at all the pics I put here -- they are not attachments -- I just FTP them to one of my sites, and provide a link 
If you got a few minutes download a nice little script like php-uploader which automatically generates thumbnails and img code for forums (http://www.celerondude.com/php-uploader-v6)
I use it for convience I can upload stuff right from my browser and I Don't have to do the thumbnail thing manually nor bang out html img or vBcode to link my images. Upload and it's right there for copy & paste.

I just post them on my own web space.
However, if you want to have them thumbnailed, you'll have to make a web page for that if hosting them yourself.
