Thanks Steve. I might actually buy that...for my wife. She has been complaining all year that the $199 HP laptop I bought her 2 Christmas ago is real slow, cheap, and sucks...

This Dell for $350 actually has more HD space than my Beats Audio HP...and it appears to be the same processor. I paid $699 for my laptop new. The Dell also comes with a CD Rom drive...my HP don't have that.

Not quite a DJ deal, unless you consider recovery needs, but if you live in the area between DC and NYC, Harrahs in Atlantic City has rooms (mid-week) for $37-$56 and it's a very nice hotel. A bit cold for the beach, but they have an outlet mall and the hotel has some nice restaurants ... $37-$56 – Atlantic City 4-Star Hotel incl. $20 Credit

Mix .. a nice place to take the ladyfriends ...

Closeout on RCF ART 315A speakers ... RCF ART 315A 15" 2-Way Portable Active Speaker/Monitor | ProAudio.com

$399.95 ... Not sure which version these are

I'm not sure what she uses it for, but I bought my wife a Toshiba Chrome Book and it's been working great. But, she was mainly using it for web based apps anyway, so she's just using Google Drive and her existing web stuff all works great.

Everyone on this forum should have a couple thousand in reserve for Steve 's deals .
Most deals are so good they go quick or limited time.
Thank again Steve!!

15% OFF everything on Carvin.com (except TRC and TRX speakers) .. code EARLYBIRD2016 .. Professional Audio, Guitar and Bass Amplifiers

I'd like that Stagemate S600B .. but even at 15% off, it's still $680 .. If it dips below $600 later in the month, I might be in for one to give it a try, as the AA ELS GO 8BT pair I bought just don't sound good enough to me.

I have negotiated with Carvin Sales reps before, might be worth a shot

Yea .. just bought them, but they're not up to my standard of sound. They work .. the Bluetooth distance is pretty good too.

For anybody in the market for Alto Stealth Wireless...IDJNOW has 4 units left for $318.40 They are NEW, Never used Open box.

Alto Professional Stealth Wireless System for DJ PA Powered/Active Speakers Open | eBay

If you go to IDJNOW.COM direcy, they have a 15% OFF promo Code PHOL15. The Alto Stealth Wireless comes up as $339.15 at the promo code. So it is a $2o or so difference between brand new unopened, and new, open box.
Still waiting for the "pro" version .. it has delay, which is needed for a second set of speakers.

I am tired of waiting for the pro version. At this point I really don't understand what the F the hold up is. It seems to me like they should have not even announced it when they did.

Steve, Will the Alto Stealth Wireless system send signal through walls, around corners and into other rooms? The reason I am considering purchasing the system is because I have a wedding where I could certainly use it where guests are eating dinner in multiple rooms and I am in another room.

...My current option is using lavalier mic systems and putting the receiver boxes on top of each speaker in each of those rooms, and praying it works out for me. I have purchased all the 1/4 inch to 3.5MM adaptors I need to make this happen. I haven't done it before, so I will be testing at the venue before the event starts pretty much. ...Either that, or go to Guitar Center and buy Stealth Wireless.

It's a RF signal, so it "can" go through walls .. but I don't have experience with the unit to know how strong of a signal it uses. The "pro" version uses diversity (2 antennae) so it should be more tolerant of crappier signals.
