They just need to be very clean...No oil's or anything like that.
He said a good sanding with some 100 grit sandpaper, then clean off the sanding residue...
He said Dura-Tex bites into old coatings extremely well. And it needs to be ABOVE 65 deg for drying...otherwise you will get lil cracks in the finish.
