OK, What did I miss? I did not repeat any of the states that have been named so far.

It wasn't indicated that the artist had to be born in that state just "from" that state. I can be born in Virginia but live in Maryland most of my life and therefore be "from" Maryland.

OK, yeah, DC ain't a state but under IRS regulations and Medicare regulations it is treated as a state as are the territories.

Canute, LOL, You know I've gotta be different. I bet most on this board never heard of Nashville Pussy. But my answer did meet your criteria.

I could have said something like Kenny Chesney or Miley Cyrus, would that have made it better?
