We will be driving in most likely on Sunday night and leaving Friday. The following Sunday we are on our way to Hawaii for our Anniversary cruise.

Got my full event pass. All set to go. Just have to make the flight and hotel reservations. I'll be there from Sunday night through Thursday night!
Flying in early Saturday afternoon and leaving shortly after the convention on Thursday as I have a rather large Sweet 16 on Friday. For those of you that are going to be in town for the Super Bowl, we should all hang out and watch the game together somewhere. I also will be playing an inordinate amount of craps if I get the chance and you are all welcome to join me for that too! 
I will probably be there. I'm not sure if I'll be there as a sponsor or a guest but I'm working on lining it up. Does anyone here attend Winter NAMM?
I'm leaving to go there Next Wed October 28th..... If all goes well I'll still be there in February... wish me luck!!
I am planning to make it happen this year! I went, for the 1st time, back in 2005. I spent some time with Tom Ohlendorf and his lovely wife. I am looking forward to matching voices with some of these ugly mug shots around here...

I looked for you in AC this year but I don't think I ever saw you. We should get together for some craps in Vegas...we had a nice little run that night we played in AC 2 years ago. Still waiting on final approval for the trip but I should be getting in Sunday early afternoon and leaving Friday.
I looked for you too Jim. I didn't exactly have a lot of time in AC this year. I had the NJDJN meeting, my seminar, and I was in the DJ competition. I only got to play twice in 4 days. Once at 3 am and the other time just as I was about to leave. I'll definitely have some time to play in Vegas and I could use a good craps partner.

Wouldn't mind going since we missed last year, but depends on our winter school dances. Have one tentative on the 13th in Chicago, so once we get those winter formals on the contract we can look into airfare possibilities. We're in a holding pattern for now...

so far the best deal I could get is around $600 one way per person. I'm looking at options though

Yikes! That's a lot of green.... But you do have a greater distance to travel.

We're flying out of Peoria, IL via Allegiant airlines and for 2 tickets (roundtrip) and the hotel for 6 nights will run us a little over a thousand.
We are patronizing the Riviera as that is the host for the show.
We are both planning on getting full passes so we can both attend any seminars of interest.
Hope you and all the others that have shown interest are able to show up....
I'm guessing we will have time to do a quick ODJT get-together?

Being an airline employee, I got a monster deal from www.openskiesonline.com I got 5 nights at the Riviera & r/t tickets from Memphis to Las Vegas(via Charlotte) for $381.00. The only catch to the airline discount is that the ticket is standby status. That means that after everyone boards, I get on if there is an empty seat...nice perk!!!

I can use my timeshare for accomodations it's just a matter of a little better deal on flights.
