Yes I noticed that your truss had the flat part up.. I love that, my scanners will hang much better from the top that way!

Also, Im going to bug you once again ... the Show X-Press software that you are using... Ive tried to get started using it.. and I am having major problems figuring it all out.. were there any good on line resources that you found to be helpful?? or did you just have to figure it out all on your own? Im no dummy when it comes to computers, and software.. but all of the DMX software programs are giving me a really hard time.

any help would be much appreciated!

The manual and tutorial is horrible and the software is buggy. Many of the profiles for the different lights are incorrect when running through the initial setup (especially non-Chauvet fixtures like American DJ, Martin... go figure!)

The interface is poor at best.. We have gotten used to it but it is very buggy and lacks major features like more than once scenes page..

My advice... stay away from the Show X-Press.. Even though computer programing has its advantages when it comes to DMX there are other options to consider.. LightJockey.. Freestyler..

As for us.. We are going to be making the switch to the Martin Freekie this summer.. it's already on order so I will post my feedback on it when i get familiar with it.. so far we've heard good things about it.

The problem is that you are using the USB100. Move up to the XFactor and it will solve lots of your problems. I would recommend not going to a hardware solution after getting hang of software. I'm not saying ShowXpress is perfect, but they just upgraded it again and its getting really cool.

I don't work for Chauvet, but I'm a happy user of ShowXpress and I choose not to get the USB100 because of its limitations.
