I've only got a FREE page at Merchant Circle.
When I sent an e-mail to complain about a small glitch in how they rate "CitySearch" reviews (they were converting 9's and 10's into "3 stars"), I got an IMMEDIATE reply from their customer service head person.
Not only that, but he sent me ANOTHER e-mail, 12 hours later, telling me the "glitch" is being fixed and will be corrected NLT Thursday.
That is outstanding customer service.....when you consider I'm one of their freeloaders and am not paying to use their free service....
BTW....the merchant circle page appears to be like a business version of a MySpace page, with better graphix and better layout and faster loading time....
