I use the Denon DN MC 6000 and lately the master volume on the controller has stopped working. The slides work fine. The master volume works sometimes and other times it doesn't for some reason. Right now it isn't working at all. Anyone using this controller have this happen to them or do you know why this is happening? It weird because sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Everything else on it works fine. Just this one issue. Please help if you can. I use VDJ 7.

Let's see... the master volume on your controller doesn't work and your subs are blown.

I'll repeat my question from the other thread... how long are your extension cords, and what gauge are they?

Tunes I was talking about the faders on the Denon. The ones that go up and down.
those are not the master volume, It really helps if you describe the problem correctly to start with, chance are you have a bad fader, you'll have to send it to Denon for repairs, luckily like all professional DJ's I am sure you have back up gear to get you through until it gets back.

The master volume worked fine last night. It looks like it's an issue with the drivers on VDJ 7. They may need to be reinstalled or updated. That seems to be the issue.

you do know the master volume is the knob in the upper right corner of the unit
Of course I do sir. I said master volume and then I mentioned the faders. I said that like that so others would get that the faders work fine. Then like I said it might just be a problem with the software. The drivers may need to be updated or just reinstalled.
