As I have stated before, from my experiences with how some "DJ" hook up their stuff, I have to ask questions and also define. I do not assume anything. In most DJ applications inputs come in Pairs. Live sound inputs are "usually" Mono.

House should be easily able to compensate for any input level -- that's pretty much a given. You don't design a fixed installation, without considering your potential sources.
 
Any professional sound guy should be able to handle the output of the Numark without you bringing in any additional equipment. If there isn't enough gain range on the channel, one could cascade 2 channels (direct out of one to input of the second).

That being said, because it is a usb sound card, you need to make sure the volume or any of the other driver controls on the laptop are set appropriately as well.
