There is a plugin that you can install on ustream that gives you better quality on video and audio.

go to your shows option
advanced
then find
Flash Media Encoder XML File: *Requires Flash Media Encoder 3.0 or higher
Learn More About Flash Media Encoder

install it.

Then follow directions to load it. You must load that one first before you broadcast. It tells you how to do it. Let me know if anything.
