How can you edit info for any file?

So I'm in the process of ripping a bunch of Karaoke discs and editing the file names and putting them in a format that will print out properly for books. I noticed that the mp3 portion of the dual file can be edited just fine by mp3tag which is a good program, but the graphics file has no way for the title and artist etc. to be edited. I would think there would be a simple way to do this right through windows?

Is there a file attribute editing program that allows me to edit attribute fields of any type of file?
 
Ok, I found out over at the Karaoke Scene that there is a Program called Rename Master over at a website called joejoesoft.com. I downloaded it and tried it out and it can do LOTS of things. Pretty cool, check it out.
 
We must have been posting at the same time. I tried the Latshaw program and didn't like the way it worked. I tested it a few times on a folder with some test files. I would have gladly paid the $39 if it was simple and worked well to do what I want to do. Thanks anyways Steve. And you might want to take a look at Rename Master.

The nice thing about the Latshaw program is you can point it to the top most directory and it will allow you to edit all files in all sub-directories below at the same time (I had all 10,000 files in it). You can swap fields, fix the leading/trailing "The" or "A", bulk change artist, etc. It takes a little to get used to it, but it's pretty powerful. It doesn't replace a MP3 tagger, which has more capability for other fields (genre, pm, etc.), but the karaoke programs don't generally read those unless it is part of a DJ app (like VDJ).
 
I like KJ file manager, especially it's ability to split a field which is great for changing file name conventions on whole directories at a time. Using it in conjunction with a tag and rename program has been a real time saver.

I decided I'm going to buy KJ File Manager so I can comma flip entire folders from
First Name Last Name - Song Name to Last Name, First Name - Song Name.
This will save me many hours of time converting thousands of songs at one time.
It does other things, but this is the main thing I need it to do and I don't know of
any other program that will do this. Also to switch format from listing by artist to
listing by title. I'm planning to print 3-4 books by artist and only one by title.
