Thanks to main1event for inviting me over. Session 7 on my screen! :sqwink: Spent a few hours looking over the board and it doesn't seem as 'intense' here as other boards, I like that.

I'm located in southern Indiana - small town hobby dj after my unofficial dj retirement in July of 2005 after 12 great years of building a mobile service from scratch. Nothing like having a $15,000 toy sitting in the garage that's been paid for several times.....good thing I have a great wife!!

Currently doing gigs that I want to do --- friends, family, nursing homes, church functions, (soon to be in the Bubbles business), etc. Not having to worry about making equipment/music payments sure makes it a whole lot more fun.

Well, good to be here and hope to be able to participate as much as I can.

If it's any help, ODJT is home to many refugees from less-than-flattering bbs forum sites. JT, Ken and others have worked hard to contact the best of the best to get these folks back to posting again. We've all been working to build a professional forum staff that puts members first.

Thanks Wolkie. I've been checking out the forums and picking up real fast that this is not no ordinary, beat 'em up if you can board. It's refreshing to see individuals truly helping and not looking to pounce on something. I know I've been guily of being drawn into the negativity before on other boards, but this place feels 'right'. I'm glad to be here.
