just wanted to stop in and say hi after finally signing up. I have found this forum through google search and it has already answered a few questions for me. Just figured I would leave a bit about me. I have been dj ing for roughly three years now. My first year was spent with a horrible karaoke outfit that had equipment held together with duct tape and from 1977. After I could no longer take having a reputation with that company I found a partner who was willing to invest some time and money with me and we started out on our own about a year ago. So far so good we do karaoke 2 nights a week wednesday and thursday. we play at a small club on friday. On Saturadays we have private partys or a large club in the area that uses us when there are no bands. We have been doing well in our first year and have managed to pick up quite a few private partys and weddings. We really did not expect it to grow so fast. But I can't complain about that!! Our name is Dragons Fire Entertainment. We are based in Putnam County New York. About 60 Miles south of NYC.
