Actually, I've been doing the vinegar soaks, and some Lotrimin powder. Seems to help, but my sneakers keep getting soaked when I need to go out back. I saw this cool UV sanitizer for the shoes, but it's outta my price range at the moment.

I've been dealing with it for years.
Go out and get a tube of Athlete's Foot cream. Buy the store brand, not the name brand.
There are different kinds, so one may work better than others.
Then get some plastic bags to put over your socks before you hit the snow.
