Monday, my show is really close, less than 15 minutes, but I will give you a warning that it is a divey neighborhood bar, and smoking is allowed, so the haze is the biggest turn off. If you can deal with that, it is a fun night. (9-1)

Let me know!! Look forward to meeting you!

My mom grew up in the oil fields of Oklahoma, and can be as tough as nails, and I work upscale most nights. I could really use a dive bar night. I think that's the one. Thanks, Harry.... um,.....can I bring my own discs? Or even better, do you carry SuperCore or KJ Tools? ( Same company, and I like a lot of their versions. Since I suck, I can use all the help I can get.....fer mom, ya know....

Hell I might even have to stay up and do the dive bar myself just so I can meet Joe in person!

Just a question though "are you a good kisser too?"

Cool...would be great to get you both there on the same night! Yes, bring your own discs, no problem at all!!

BTW, Steve pulls back if you dont shave down enough, LOL. Rugburn Tuesday, here we come, LOL. (...good kisser too...oooh, I will take that sideways compliment, LOL)

If Mom can handle smoke, lack of social skills and a little language, there will be no problem I am sure. This show is not my crowning jewel or pride obviously, but I am in my 10th year there and the checks clear, LOL. The sound is good!!

Joe, is Mom a resident here or is she at a time share condo?

1) With all the beards and Goatees I'm more worried about the "Velcro Effect" :sqlaugh:

2) Mom's an ex-smoker, hafta see how it goes. I still light one up with a drink... As for language: Though my mom can be all lady, she can ( from growing up in those oil feilds) teach a few NEW words to a long haul trucker...

3) Mom has a house in Ormond-By-The-Sea-... maybe 10 minutes from the venue.

Hey Guys...got the new show booked! Joe, this is more like 5 minutes from your Mom's place. Here is an excerpt from my press release...

I am pleased to announce a new show for the summer starting IMMEDIATELY on Tuesdays, and I think you are going to like it!! I will be doing my thing from 7pm to 11pm at LA MER RESTAURANT AND LOUNGE, which is located at 2444 S. Oceanshore Blvd, (A1A), Flagler Beach FL, 32137!

La Mer is a restaurant specializing in tastes of Argentina and Uruguay. They have a family friendly menu, from more exotic fare, to good ol burgers and fries. We will be having some great food specials weekly at my shows, starting with ALL YOU CAN EAT RIBS for $10.99, $2.99 empanadas, 50 cent wings and 99 cent draft beers. The adventurous can explore Roberts further offerings on the menu as well. The food specials are likely to change with demand!

The atmosphere is casual, but you probably don’t want to come in beach wear, LOL. The room is bright and clean and the bar is inviting. La Mer features a full liquor bar and a nice wine selection. If you do not see what you like, let me know and I will get word to Robert, the owner. Robert is a nice guy and really wants to serve the public. If there is anything about your experience you do not like, let me know and I will pass it on to him! If you have not been there lately, you have not been there. Much has changed, including the staff. It is a whole new experience, celebrating a grand opening. La Mer is also a non smoking facility, so you can get your sing on without getting your choke on!

Did I mention the show was 7-11? Nice and early for a work night! Happy hour is always 4-7, then I start the show at 7.

Hope to see you there!

Harry,

As sorry as I am to have to say this we are not coming down this week!

My Grand daughter came down with a bad case of swimmers ear and they are putting a drainage tube in Monday.

But that isn't the whole story Saturday the front wheel bearing went out in the Escalade and everything else except the Bronco is going out for work so we pretty much got shot in the arse across the board.

However, Jo change our hotel reservations to the last week of Feburary 2009, We will pull Jazzy out of school for that week and we are coming down anyway LOL.

See you in Feburary!

Cool man, hang in there. Actually, that is a better plan as the weather will probably be crappy up there in Feb, and much nicer here. Coming down this week, you would just broil. Be well!!

Added ick from me, Harry. Been and gone. Mom had some, um,..digestive disorders. Really wish we could have said hello...
